Once we understand your requirements, we'll evaluate our existing designs to find the best suited to your needs.   We evaluate in terms of input voltage, duty cycle and cooling requirements, shock, etc.   Then we'll optimize component selection to maximize performance and minimize cost.

Input voltage selections include: 12-48, 72, 600 and 900VDC and rectified 115-208-400-480VAC.   Cooling options include liquid, air, thermal mass, phase transition, etc.   Environmental and shock and vibration options include potting and encapsulation, in several different potting compounds including silicone RTV and various epoxies.

Not quite there yet?   Then we'll return to the drawing board, revising circuit and board layout until we arrive at an optimal solution for your requirement.

Once the design is complete, we will build and fully test several prototypes, finalize the documentation package, and transfer the design to your contract manufacturer of choice, or recommend one for you, and fully support you during the transition.   After that, you are free to manufacture as many as your production needs require, at the highest quality and lowest cost, via your CM.
